I was wondering what the rules are for having a hot tub in my back yard. I unfortunately live on a corner lot so every side of my house is visible from a street.

I would like to place the hot tub on my patio with a small fence, no more than 3 feet high around one side of the patio (the side facing the street). Is there any document I can review that has the association rules and regulations for owning a hot tub?

Any information you can provide will be greatly appreciated.
