The President called the meeting to order at 7:00pm.

Treasurers Report

No report.

Landscaping Report

One valve in the valve pit feeding the lawn sprinkler system at Palmer froze and split last winter. It will need to be repaired. Two of the five zones of the lawn sprinkler system at Sheldon are not working. Heads or pipes need to be repaired. Repairs are scheduled for 7 June.

The committee will research and price metal edging and stone for the entry sign areas.

Pond and Pump Report

The committee is confirming repair parts will fit in the control panels.

Open Discussion

The sub wide garage sale is scheduled for 2,3,4 June.

The committee has sent a letter to homeowners reminding them of the swimming pool requirement in the subdivision rules.

Sheldon sign light is broken and needs to be repaired.

The president will contact the attorney to review lien requirements for property owners who owe back Homeowners Association dues.

The Nowland Estates directory needs to be updated.

A sub wide party could be scheduled for 27 August. Party could include Canton Leisure programs, game trailer and perhaps a band.

Next Meeting

The next meeting is scheduled to be at a board members house from 7 to 9 pm on July 6, 2005. Should this meeting be canceled, the next meeting is scheduled to be at City Hall, lower level meeting room C from 7 to 9 pm on August 3, 2005.

The meeting was adjourned at 8:45 pm.
