The President called the meeting to order at 7:00pm.

Treasurers Report

The President reported for the Treasurer, all homeowners have paid their association dues for the year 2005.

The treasurer’s spreadsheet is being developed.

Landscaping Report

Three trees where removed form the Nowland Court island. Cost was $140. Ten 3 inch caliper tress where planted in 4 islands. Cost was $4,910. The association is expecting to be reimbursed $2,000 through the township tree planting replacement program.

The committee will price metal edging and stone for the entry sign areas.

Pond and Pump Report

A source for repair parts for the Nowland and Palmer pumping station have been located. The one module for the Simplex pump controller is $87. The second module is $315. We also received schematic drawings for the HS-1 and HS- 2 equipment.

Open Discussion

The sub wide garage sale is scheduled for 2,3,4 June. This will be scheduled annually for the first weekend in June. A garage sale notice will be placed on the web site and an add will be placed in the Observer newspaper for Sunday 29 May. The sub signs will be put out on 26 May.

The dead trees in the park strip are the homeowner’s responsibility to remove and to replace them. The landscape committee will check in June for dead trees. They will also check the township ordinance.

The committee will send a letter to homeowners reminding them of the swimming pool requirement in the subdivision rules (section 8 on page 11) by May 15, 2005.

Next Meeting

The next meeting is scheduled to be at the City Hall, lower level meeting room C from 7 to 9 pm on June 1, 2005.

The meeting was adjourned at 8:45 pm.
