Board Members Present

The President called the meeting to order at 6:15 pm.

Treasurers Report The Treasurer reported 22 homeowners have not paid their association dues. A second reminder letter will be sent out to these homeowners by the secretary. Lien proceeding could be considered at a latter time, should the reminder letters have no effect. The treasure will furnish the secretary with the list of outstanding addresses.

The Treasurer was requested to create and update a spread sheet to display budget and expenses by category and by the month.

The Nowland Estate financial statement will be added to the website and updated monthly.

Stipend checks in the amount of $125 were issued to the 2004 board members.

Landscaping Report

The board wants to replace the trees in the island that have died.

Pond and Pump Report

The pond level control at Nowland and Palmer pumping station is burned out. Research is being done to find a source for repair parts. The pump is currently being operated manually. This needs to be repaired before the spring rains begin. Additional keys are needed for access to the control box.

Next Meeting The next meeting is scheduled to be at the City Hall, lower level meeting room from 7 to 9 pm on April 6, 2005.
